Course in Conflict Management

Statistics says that approximately 10% social educators will experience an attack at work. Today we had a course in conflict management, starting with how to avoid it and ending with (as you can see), how to stop somebody form strangling you.

In between were 'knowing you pain threshold', and 'a slap in the face won't kill you'.

Very interesting and fun day. :D

Am looking forward to my next work practices - 6 months with young people with, psychosis, schizophrenia, depression etc.

P.S. She is half his size...
