This is probably a familiar scene for any UK based Blipper.

This female beggar was approx 30 years of age, spoke almost no English, and looked to be from the far flung outreaches of the EU, most likely Romania.

I have an open mind to the benefits of dropping trade barriers for EU members, but how can this situation be to Britain's advantage?

This is central Edinburgh, but there are similiar socio-economic victims/refugees in some of the smallest towns I regularly visit.
