Colleagues tossing 'yusheng' a raw fish salad...the act of tossing and consuming this uniquely Singaporean dish symbolizes hope and best wishes for the new year.

It's a tangy, sweet salad full of auspicious ingredients (eg raw fish, pomelo, orange peel, peanuts etc). Sounds weird but oddly tasty still.
