smoked salmon vodka

I know, it sounds kind'a gross revolting, doesn't it? I haven't tried it straight up, but it weirdly complements a Bloody Mary. My husband runs a bar, so I get to try all the new weird things. The newest one that I have fallen in love with: St. Germaine's. It's elderberry liqueur, and he makes a spicy elderberry tequila martini out of it. He uses "Green Ghost" hot sauce and it provides the loveliest little bite at the end of the swallow.
