Last Photo of the Year

I ran 18 miles today. I was nervous but it turned out great. I felt great. If I feel like that for the marathon I think I will be just fine. Needless to say, I spent the rest of the entire day on the couch. We had the DF's and Susan over for dinner but they too ran 18 miles today and so went home early. I didn't think we'd make it to midnight but I did. I watched the fireworks for real out the window and on tv as well, all from my comfy couch spot with a cat on my lap. Not a bad way to end the year.
