Jetwashing

Today's job was jetwashing. Not our home as it would never get this bad.

I've pulled this photograph up so it shows how bad the mould on the vinyl siding was to start with. Bad. Because the siding is white, it over-exposes, so bringing that down a bit shows how much crap really was on the vinyl.

On the right is the jet washed bit, on the left is the unjetwashed bit. A huge difference.

Managed to do most of the house before the light got me. Still going to have to take a bottle of ammonia around it in the future, but I couldn't work in this house without an initial jetwash.

Reckon I've added $1,500 to the value of the house just by jetwashing it.
