WHAT'S UP DOC

I came across this window on a doctors clinic. There is a air testing block opposite
the window,the rest is queen street in the reflection. I went into town with the neighbor next door, to meet up with his friends for coffee in a city bar. I left them I
went around to find a picture. I usually take a few good ones ,and find it hard to chose.
