After the 'Christmas' choccies yesterday, I decided I would join the fun and start getting ready for Easter.

Ha ha - only joking! It does make me smile to see the Creme Eggs and Easter Bunnies in the shops. Blink and it will be Christmas all over again. Is it a sign of getting older when the years fly by?

As ever a 'diet' is on the cards - not likely anytime soon with all these thoughts of chocolate.

Healthy eating should be the key. Easier said than done, I'm afraid.

As the week draws to a close - I have decided that next week will be The Week!
