Cycling around Linlithgow

Cycling with Helle from Linlithgow to Blackness, then Bowness, to the Union canal and from there back to Linlithgow to have a picknick at the palace.
Unsatisfying cycle as the promised 3 hours in the cycle tour book were less than 2 h and I felt a bit like - so what?
Nonetheless stuffed myself at the BBQ at Baerbel and Georgs later on...
