Naked cakes

Well, here is my first batch of cupcakes for 2012, cooling happily in the multi storey rack. Have gone with gingham cases as I'm doing a summer theme (!) - I know...it snowed today!!

once these wee beauts are cool, I'll be slapping on the cream cheese frosting, decorations, edible glitter and delivering them to my desk at work, ready to be demolished by the mob in the morning.

All for a good cause tho - one of my ladies is leaving tomorrow - she's off down to Dorset, forever! Lucky thing!

Oh well, must go wash the bowl so i can whizz up the icing.
