A Wall in Hinckley

While walking around Hinckley today (my first visit to the town) I came across a number of walls with graffiti paintings on them. I even saw someone in the middle of doing a similar sized piece to this one on a different wall.

All the pieces I saw seem to be commissioned and not as an act of 'vandalism' (not that I would classify graffiti art as vandalism-it's free art that might otherwise cost upwards of hundreds of pounds in a gallery! (for the record, I'd class vandalism as sloppily sprayed or painted slogans along the lines of "...... woz ere" and poorly drawn images of genitalia.

In an otherwise rather bland looking place, the art I saw on the walls today really brightened the place up.
