Tools of the trade

It's a busy day so there is no chance to get out and about so it is a shop blip today. My plier stand is always within reach. Some of these tools are modern but many tools are hand me downs from retired clock and watch makers and are often unusual. That, however, is the subject for another blip. Most of the old timers have gone but the hints and tips, I learnt from them have been vital over the years. It is a shame that there is unlikely to be anyone for whom I will be able to provide the same service.
