First day of springs semester

Had only one class today to kick off springs semester. First of all, I am thrilled semester resumed- I cannot wait for my Islamic history class! I am privileged and moreover thankful to attend university. Higher education is not even an option for the majority of the world's population. Trying to keep that in mind anytime I want to complain about doing homework. Sometimes comparison can be fruitful, if its humbling in a positive way.

Picked Meagan up from the bus station after class, and I haven't seen her in about a month. She was definitely missed. I lack quality friendship like ours up in FoCo. We spent the rest of the day thrift store shopping, getting our tattoos, and having some fellowship with other friends.
