Snow day - part 2

So we woke up to about 6" of snow that fell overnight.....and yet another snow day for me. Jer went to work, so I had most of the day to myself.

Yet another day spent in front of the computer, but I did also make a few things today....

Had a late lunch, but made a Tuscan Kale Salad, and added some blanched cauliflower and shredded carrots, and then made Black Bread (which I'm not 100% happy with, my dough fell so my loaf is really short and squat, but tasty) and Adobo Chicken from my William's Sonoma Essentials of Slow Cooking. We'll see how it turns out. I'm serving it on rice with stir fried greens (baby bok choy, kale and spinach).

I really hope to get to work tomorrow - I haven't left the house all day and I'm starting to go a little stir crazy. I'm sure I still have lots of stuff that I'd like to do that I haven't gotten around to (knitting), but it'd be nice to earn a living too....
