When you play football in the park with Mum, Granny and Grandad there are rules - the most important of which is that you must name the person you are passing to before you pass it. Henry was happy to agree to those rules. Henry's rule (unstated) was that everybody should pass the ball to him every time, without fail. This rule was finally verbalised to us just before he took the ball off and retired behind a tree.
We decided to get some chips instead.
For all I know, Henry is still behind the tree.

We watched "In Bruges" last night. A superb little film with Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson and Ralph Fiennes. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
