i was informed today that my camera was back, hooray.

i went to the shop and handed over my chit to be told that it wasn't, boo.

A word of warning to all you Blippers, if your thinking of purchasing anything from a certain camera retailers beginning with the letter J... don't. The staff are surly and unhelpful and there aftersales is pish.
