Some lovely friends got me us some of my our fave peanut butter M&Ms on a recent trip to the US. A wonderful gift, but not good for MY New Year detox...:-(

Wee bit of excitement today - managed to get tickets to see the Dalai Lama on his forthcoming trip to Scotland this summer :-)
