Chapter One
Look out your KITCHENAID.
Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl. Add two beaten eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla essence, then the flour and baking powder, then add the mashed bananas. Carefully spoon in to the muffin cases.

...... but that's enough for tonight, A'desk. You can hear chapter 2 tomorrow night - the chapter all about the smell from the oven and the sticky caramel buttercream.

It's a school night so you need to get off to sleep.
