Challenge: Footwear

Now I am not the most fashionable guy in the world, Juliana would never stop me in the street for a stranger portrait. But I do like these style icons.

I always think Converse boots are like the VW Beetle. A classic design which everyone loves, and has owned at some time. Unchanged over time and multi-generational.

Like the VeeDub they have their design flaws.

Other models now offer more comfort/support/speed, but they have an enduring appeal and have that rare and elusive trick of remaining both popular and cool.

An admission: I do not have freakishly small feet, these belong to Dozy. My pair are far to muddy and smelly to blip.
