Another Sunday

A nice productive Sunday for me. Was supposed to go to the Art Museum (again) with Mandy, but she was going to a destruction derby (I have no idea) so instead I did tons of errands. Amazes me how I've lived here for over a year and I'm still doing things. Like today I had to put together my rug thing from cb2, had to take off a door to hopefully replace this part of it, umm what else, laundry, oh and I installed the new printer I bought and setup my disc cleaning system thing. Lately I've been on an buying frenzy with electronics. In the past week I've bought a Disc Cleaner System (it gets really deep scratches out of discs), a digital camera, a printer/scanner (built in wifi and was only $100), an original NES & SNES, a new cell phone, and I think that's about it. Way too much for a single week, but whatever I've been meaning to get most of that so.

Something else that I bought this week and love is this new type of tea I found at this place called Green Grocer. I'm a HUGE ice tea drinker and this stuff is pretty tasty. I'm not sure if it's worth the price ($10 a tin!), but I like helping out the small ma & pa type of place. If you ever go in there, the owner will probably be working, she's great =)

After doing lots of errands, oh and today was the yoga day of my workout. I really don't understand how people enjoy this, I HATE yoga, it's so hard & awkward and the workout I do with it lasts 90 minutes (my other ones only last 45-60 minutes). I'm just really bad at it, but I keep with it, hopefully one day I'll be able to master all the warriors and weird bends and stretchs that I get in with them. If I ever do get good there's a yoga studio literally next to my apartment that I would like to go to so they could correct anything bad I'm doing that I'm not seeing (even though I don't like it, I know I need it).

Anyways, then I played with the cat - shes loves loves loves the laser pen. I tried to get a good picture of her for my blip today, but that didn't happen. This was one of the only non-blurry ones.

Then later my friend Drew came over and we went to Lush for a wine tasting. Every Sunday they have a different wine tasting thing, it's fun and I don't know anything about wine, but they're always nice and helpful. I made the mistake of wanting to walk there though, not realizing that the humidity level was at 100% so I was dripping wet by the time I got there. Oh then we watched some of the Bowe Vs Golota fight, it was their 2nd match from the 90s - I love watching old boxing bouts. I don't do many manly things at all, but watching old sports is probably the one big thing that I love to do.

That was about it, now I'm going to watch some dvd, not too sure what, hmmmm.
