Jelly blip

No, this is not jelly. But we went to a Languedoc Jelly co-working morning in St Laurent de la Cabrerisse today, and this was our first course for lunch. Pity about the slate, but the foie gras was very good, and so was the company.

The resort had opened specially to host the event; it was a bit odd being the sole diners in the large restaurant, with almost as many staff as guests!
