Sausage rolls

I enjoy cookery programmes and I've been watching the fabulous baker brothers. Slightly contrived but I was impressed enough with their sausage rolls to try it out. Piece of cake(?) but I only bought enough puff pastry for 3 rolls and all the local shops only sell frozen so mac cheese for tea tonight. Sausage rolls tomorrow. Yum.
