Tiny Booties

I know that there are lots of hormones involved in pregnancy but what I don't understand is the insane urge for all the other women who find out about the pregnancy to have to knit tiny booties and cardigans.

Our best friend and my brother/sister in law are both expecting so I am not sure who these are aimed at but at the speed Mrs Squiffy can knit this type of thing I think they will both have full wardrobes very soon ;-)
