It ain't half hot mum!

You would think that given I am a reasonably intelligent woman (in that I have managed to obtain a degree and a post grad) that I would realise in the first instance that anything that comes out of a 800-watt microwave after four minutes will be slighty warm - (scudding hot actually). No. Not me. For the umpteenth time today, I have scalded myself whilst lifting the sterilising unit for Baby Orion out the microwave.

We, the royal we that is, decided it is time to get Scott used to getting expressed milk from a bottle so that I can get to the pub/cinema/bath on my own sometime in the future, well before he turns one anyway.

Scott it would seem may have other ideas. We offered the bottle. He tried. Looked perplexed and fell asleep. So as well as almost filling the freezer with little bags of milk to let daddy do some of the feeding, I have given myself third degree burns on numerous occasions for my boy to fall asleep.
