Torture Chamber

Tonight was the first time I have manged to be able to set up my torture chamber (turbo trainers). I did it in the lobby of our building where I knew it would be nice and cool. Did about 50 minutes and even thought it doesn't look like it here I am pouring with sweat.

It was not as boring as I thought it would be as I had my ipod on with fast paced rock/metal music pumping in my ears to keep me going. I plan to get some training dvds to train to but this will have to do in the meantime.
