Wounded or shocked?

Went to work late. Found this outside our door. It seemed wounded at first. I thought it couldn´t fly. As he walked he seemed wounded too. But as I came nearer it escaped and after a while he flew. I think he may have flown into a window and that he was shocked. Hope he´s OK now.

It was very nice to go to work in daylight :)
