15th Donation

It's been a very busy few days at work because Howie has been in the US so all the support has been mine to enjoy!

But the week is over and it's time to do my bit to help those who need it by donating blood. It's been a while since my last donation because I was a potential Bone Marrow Match but I'm back now to the regular 3 month schedule.

After giving blood we decided that it would be irresponsible if we didn't go and replenish our iron by going out for a MASSIVE STEAK, so all in all a pretty good friday night :)
