Mickleton Holiday ~ Day 4

Even colder today and really crisp and sunny, so excellent walking weather.

Started from Mickleton and took in Romaldkirk (prettiest village in Teesdale) and Eggleston before returning via Beckstones Wath Bridge. This little 'house' is a saddle house used to store spare saddles for the ponies used to transport the lead from the mines.

Dinner at the Rose & Crown in Romaldkirk (fantastic log fire in the bar).
