the car park has never looked so good

On my way to work in the mornings there is a field with loads of trees that are always filled with birds. Sadly it was a little dark and grey when I passed it this morning - and nowhere to park - so I carried on, cursing a missed blip opportunity. By the time I got to work the sun was rising making some amazing colours against a beautiful blue sky. All of a sudden a massive flock of birds flew over and landed in the trees - could be crows as we have lots .....some days looks like the set of 'The Birds' - very spooky. This is the first shot - and then I turned a little to my right to another tree and the sky was a totally different colour so I took this one too. All of a sudden the 5.45am alarm didn't seem so bad.
