But thankfully original plan was to jog and exercise before training.
So honeyboy and I did a campus run. My first campus run yo.
And I should refrain from using inhaler for my future runs.
Though it sucks to feel like going out-of-breath anytime.

Kinda managed to do a full-body training today.
Great workout. I hope to get aches soon.
