Focus on the shoes

I seem to have acquired a lot of grey dresses recently and a friend of mine is always saying how I should wear something bright around the neck to brighten it up. There is one flaw with that and that is it will draw attention to my face, so I have decided to turn the advice upside down and wear bright shoes!
