National Hat Day

So, we celebrated National Hat Day yesterday (we know it was a day late, but we weren't working on Sunday).

The humble hat is a rare sort of thing. It stops up the majority of heat loss from your body, handy on those chilly Monday mornings. It's also easy to make from recycled material like paper and cardboard. You can knit them in a variety of funky colours and shapes as well, and getting together with other crafty people to knit one is a great way to meet people in your community and share tips. Just think about that the next time you doff your Fedora, Fez or French beret.
