Snow Storm

Winter has finally arrived! Today we got about 4 - 6 inches (10 - 15 cm) and more is predicted to fall over the next few days before the temperature rises again and it all turns back to rain. I barely stuck my head out of the house today. This was taken through the window and gussied up with my new Topaz Adjust editing software. I'm hoping that there will be a break between storm systems tomorrow so I can get out for a walk. Although snow is not unheard of here - indeed, back in 1950 our county got a snowfall measuring in feet instead of inches and set low temperature records that still stand to this day - it's enough of a novelty that it pays to take advantage of it.
