Snact Fact.

Pistachios grow well under hot, dry climates with cool winters.
After plantation, the plant takes approximately eight to ten years until it produces its first major crop.
Once established, it keeps bearing fruits for centuries.

Pistachios have been a part of the human diet at least since the late Paleolithic!
