Hawksmoor Church

This is Christ Church near Spitalfields in London built between 1714 and 1729 to a design by Nicholas Hawksmoor. I was nearby early this morning to take some photographs of a clients house on Wilkes St which is just around the corner. The light was really good but it was pretty chilly.

Next to the church is the Ten Bells pub which is famous for it connection to 'Jack the Ripper.' Nowadays its a pretty cool part of town and I understand that Keira Knightley lives in the area overlooking the church.
