On the Beach

Each lunch hour I always make an effort to go out for a walk, however I get rather fed up with walking various routes surrounding the office.

Today, I decided to take a walk down to the Bay as from the office window it looked rather lovely outside. I wasn't disappointed. Whilst it was cold, the sun was out and it was absolutely beautiful.

On a day which has been labelled "Blue Monday" (the most depressing day of the year) I actually felt good to be alive.
