The first rule of stop drinking coffee club

I have one addiction. I simply love coffee. Probably more than I should. When I think of the amount of coffees I have drunk over the years, it would probably be enough to fill a couple of baths. That is not much I'm sure you're wondering to yourself. Aye but I drink pretty short espressos, so that makes for a pretty strong dark bath.

So after last week's battle with stomachs, in fact a battle with my stomach is something I have been having for some time, I have decided that enough is enough and four espressos in a day is probably just not doing me that good, even though, I do feel a distinct pleasure in the whole act. Sitting down, watching the world go by.

Today, I had green tea, I'll have to get some decaffeineted to be honest. It went ok, cold turkey not that difficult. The new rules are something along the lines of

1 There are no rules in stop drinking (so much) coffee club
2 No non-decaf coffee through the week
3 No more than two coffees a day at the weekend
4 erm that's it

I don't expect it shall be a major problem.

And before you say, no, mugs of coffee are no alternative!

It looked like it had snow on arrival at work but it was simply a very frosty
