Glorious day today, so cold, so crisp, so perfect. But the garden so bereft of anything worth taking a photo of. I was hankering after a good sunset, but I had the dentists to get to. I waited for ages, my dentist was running behind - as he usually is. Finally lying in the chair, cheek numb, him drilling, I began to hope I wasn't going to miss the sunset... I didn't! I didn't have the time to get to my sunset field... so I stood on one of the garden chairs... not the sharpest photo, but I love how you can see the edge of the sun behind the winter trees.

As predicted after yesterday's gardening, I do indeed ache all over. I'm hoping to do some more gardening, some more painting & of course some more photographing tomorrow! But the rain is forecast, even though it's a clear night & a heavy frost is descending! :) xx
