Dusk over Steel Rigg

I have spent ages this evening trying to choose between images to blip. Some were of a small waterfall which had all sorts of ice patterns in the icicles around the fast flowing water. During this expedition I lost one Yaktrax and a few minutes later the second one disappeared too! A mystery.

Later I went to Steel Rigg and walked to the trig point on Winshields Crags for sunset. The best light was in the opposite direction. Here you see that the rocks at Steel Rigg are bathed in a golden glow. The sky then became pink and this was reflected in the frozen lough.
