A Rare Sight

Ok, this picture fulfills the journal element of blip, rather than the photographic element of it, but those of you who know me will know that this is a rare sight indeed. Yes, it's homemade cooking. It's not that I can't cook (in fact I quite like it) it's just that I never seem to have the time and when I do eat in I rarely cook from scratch. Tonight I made myself a homemade vegetable lasagne though in an effort to cut down on the cost of eating out. I have decided it's time to buy a house and every penny is needed to get a deposit together. I miss Marco Polo's though :-(
