Star Gazing

This is somewhat experimental as I took this photograph from my kitchen but using a telescope housed in an observatory in Arizona! I used the site Share Your Sky. The controls are simulated on the PC but the Red Mountain Observatory is completely real.

As a complete novice, I'm not at all sure what I was doing and am quite surprised that I managed to download an image at my first attempt.
