Spot the difference?

I tried a recipe from my new cook book - I think it looked the same.

Trouble is I had to write on the page for what I call "my hand notes" such as .. it doesn't feed four (there wasn't enough) and the temperature was too high so everything was slightly burnt or the time was too long so everything was slightly burnt!!

Hubby was polite and eat it all!
