Im a huge spinach fan. I put it on sandwiches instead of lettuce, make a salad of it, use it in soups, rice dishes, and even mix it in pasta! I was craving it today...boiled up penne pasta then sauted spinach, garlic, olive oil, lots of lemon pepper, and Italian seasoning...then tossed in the pasta and topped it off with Romano cheese....deeeelish!
