Rainy Day in Oregon

Snow!

We usually don't get much snow so it's an 'event' here. 2-3 inches, but very slippery when we went out this morning to go to the urgent care in town.
Neither one of us got any sleep last night! I decided we had waited procrastinated long enough and we were going to get checked out by a doctor.
We got there at the right time. No one in the waiting room so got checked in fast and they called us back to the exam room within a couple minutes. :-)
Always hate going there because sometimes you can wait an hour or more depending on how many people are ahead of you. Anyway, I 'knew' what I had just needed a doc for the prescriptions. Sinus infection and bronchitis.
Hubby has a sinus infection and pneumonia. So my comment from a few days ago was wrong, he is sicker than me! We had to wait an hour for our prescriptions so did a little grocery shopping that wore us both out. Then waited in the car for the remainder of the time. Sent home with antibiotics, narcotic cough syrup, and inhalers. $110 with insurance covering part of it!!
It's expensive to get sick. Hopefully we are on the road to recovery.
