Under the North Bend Bridge
We went for a drive today after church. Had a bit of sunshine, hail, rain, sleet and even a bit of snow. One of those days. Haven't blipped for a few days so decided to take a picture of the bridge when we took the drive under it. A different perspective. It was brand new when we first moved to Oregon in 1936. It's one mile long and a very pretty bridge over the bay. They have been working the past several months upgrading it. Lots of work making sure a bridge stays safe. It's been a quiet day. Came h0me and made cookies and took them out to our Grandkids. The young ones (great grandkids) ages 4 to 10 were most happy and I'd say the mom and dad enjoyed them also. The 7 year old was taking a survey on what kinds of cookies people like best. All decided they liked chocolate chip. It was fun being with the "kids". Have a great rest of the day and a wonderful tomorrow.
