Backblip: Why did I blip this caged animal?

Built in - yes - 1936, the Bloodhound was one of the most successful ocean racing yachts ever built.

Shame I couldn't get a better shot of it. What's so excting? This! How can you not be excited about something so beautifully built? Even in this industrial setting undergoing restoration, it is hard not to be in awe of it.

Oh you will have noticed it is keeping Tony - at the end of the pier - company.

Going by its pedigree, it must be worth a little bit. No wonder it is kept inside that cage. My intentions might not be so honourable otherwise. I'll be stalking this yacht for a bit, still.
