Roasted assortment!
So, because it's Sunday today we had roasted veg for dinner. Not just roasted veg, but they were the most picturesque and colourful part. Coated in ginger, cinnamon, paprika and sumac, with a generous sprinkling of salt. Served with a dollop of crème fraiche on the side.
Verdict? Hmmm, not convinced. Think maybe less spices next time, or maybe just one at s time! Less is more...
