mmmmm Meringues

Instead of our usual book club on a Wednesday evening we decided to bring in the new year with our book club on a Saturday with afternoon tea, we were all to bring something for the spread and I brought my favourite, delicious meringues with lashings of double cream. Not so good for all those on a January detox, but very tasty!
