Frosted ivy

Minus 5 in Bakewell at 9.45 this morning.... A contrast to the warm indoor evening glow of yesterday's blip. Actually, it's rather good to get a cold snap at last - we have to keep up our great British tradition of unpredictable weather. December 2010 was so cold and snowy, but January 2011 was not so harsh. December 2011 was very mild, but nothing special to report one way or the other as far as temperature is concerned so far this month.

The little church group in Bakewell seems to be growing a bit - 2 people welcomed into full fellowship today.
