Zumbathon!

Another nice (but much shorter!) lie in followed by a THREE HOUR ZUMBATHON!!!!!

Zoe, Debbie, Emma, Catherine and I made our way to Rainton Meadows Arena to join the masses of Zumba enthusiasts for three hours.

What a shame they put 30 mins of Bokwa in the middle of it all. I have to admit I pretty much sat that section out. I gave it a go, but it was very difficult to follow and not exactly fun to do. A bit boring, really :(

But I definitely did a good two and a half hours of Zumba. On my Insanity day off...

Back home for a bath then bangers and mash!
